Own GTA V on Steam, Epic, or Rockstar

You need a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V to play on FiveM. The game needs to be installed and run at least once before FiveM can detect it.

Complete the Whitelist Application

In our Discord, head to the #whitelist-application channel. Fill out the short form to tell us about yourself and your RP experience. Applications are usually reviewed within 24 hours.

  • Show you've read and understood the rules

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does whitelist approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. During busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive a Discord notification once your application has been reviewed.
Is the server free to play?
Yes! Tropical Roleplay is completely free to play. We do offer optional donation packages that provide cosmetic perks, but nothing that affects gameplay balance.
I'm new to RP. Is that okay?
Absolutely! We welcome players of all experience levels. We have guides in Discord and experienced players who are happy to help newcomers learn the ropes.
What if my application is denied?
Don't worry! You can reapply after 7 days. Read the feedback provided, improve your application, and try again. Most people get in on their second attempt.
Can I play with my friends?
Of course! Once everyone is whitelisted, you can meet up in-game. Just remember that your characters need a realistic reason to know each other - no metagaming!
